All Government buildings, i.e. Parliament buildings, Colleges, Hospitals/Clinics, Sportsfields, Recreation Resorts and Ministerial Complexes. The landscape maintenance was privatised and supervised by 'Dayson, de Villiers & Van der Merwe'. The College Mapuleng in Bushbuckridge was awarded best project in all categories, in the 1992 SALI awards.
'Dayson, de Villiers & Van der Merwe' planned the landscaping of the Parliament Buildings, Ministerial Complex and Hospital (Bisho). As in Mpumalanga, the maintenance was privatised and supervised by the planners.
